Eligibility requirements
Participation in the A6 Boulevard online advent calendar, implemented by 24-RE Real Estate GmbH, operator of the BikiniARTmuseum and hereinafter referred to as 24, is free of charge and is subject exclusively to these conditions of participation.

Procedure of the advent calendar competition
The duration of the competition is from 01.12.2021, 00:00 to 24.12.2021, 12:00. Within this period, users will only be able to participate in the competition online.

To take part in the competition, you must register on the website https://www.a6-boulevard.de/ necessary. With a one-time registration, the participant takes part in all outstanding prize draws of this advent calendar competition. In the best case scenario, registration means the opportunity to participate in 24 prize draws. However, multiple wins during the competition period are excluded. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be taken into account in the draw. Only one submitted registration per participant will take part in the competition. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple email addresses to increase the chances of winning.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Eligible participants
Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and have provided all necessary information when registering online are eligible to participate. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Should a participant's legal capacity be restricted, the consent of his legal representative is required.
24 reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are legitimate reasons, such as
(a) for breaches of these terms of participation, (b) for unfair action, or (c) for false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

Experiment Heilbronn:
The calculation of a total of 24 winners (there are only a winner) takes place within one week of the respective daily winner's draw and is carried out as part of a random draw among all correct registrations on the respective day.
The respective winners of the draw will be notified of the prize via a separate email within one week of the draw.
The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or to the winner's legal representative. A transfer of the prize to another person is excluded. This applies in particular to the Hockenheimring tickets made available. It is not possible to exchange or cash out the winnings. 24. Additional costs associated with the claim of the prize will be borne by the winner. The winner himself is responsible for any tax on the prize.
If the winner does not report to 24 within ten working days of being notified of the prize, the claim to the prize expires.

Ending or changing the competition
The organizer expressly reserves the right to end or interrupt the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.

Data protection
It is necessary to provide personal data to participate in the competition. The participant assures that the personal information provided by him, in particular first name, last name and email address, is truthful and correct.
In order for the competition offer to be profitable for us, in return for your opportunity to participate and win, we allow ourselves to send you advertising in the form of information and newsletters about our businesses (service areas, hotels and museums) and the products and services typically offered there. If you do not wish to do so, you will not be able to participate in the competition. Your right to object to receiving emails and advertising in the future will of course remain unaffected.
In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator's website and its social media platforms. The winner will be asked for express consent once again after the prize has been announced and before publication here. The participant can request information about the data stored about him at any time and/or object to the storage and/or use of his data with effect for the future and request the deletion or blocking of his personal data. The 24 competition is exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

Salvatory clause
Should any provision of these terms of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally admissible provision shall apply which comes closest economically to the meaning and purpose expressed in the ineffective provision. The same applies in the event of a regulatory gap in these conditions of participation.
